Termination of the Licence. 1 In the event of any infringement of the provisions of this Licence by the Licensee, such as infringement by the Licensee of the Licensor’s rights in the Software, in particular in the case of use of the Software above and beyond the rights of use stated in section 3, or in the event of default in payment on the part of the Licensee, the Licensor shall be entitled to terminate this Licence with immediate effect after the expiry without result of a 10-day grace period, set in writing, for restoration of the lawful circumstances. In this case, any outstanding claims for remuneration on the part of the Licensor shall become due immediately, and shall be settled by the Licensee within 10 days. Any payments already made by the Licensee shall be forfeited and shall remain the property the Licensor.

Termination of the Licence. Where either party terminates the Licence under clause 13, Gas Industry Co must immediately cease all use of the Software (excluding any software owned by a third party, and any software owned by Gas Industry Co) and promptly return such Software to the Service Provider or destroy it.

Termination of the Licence. The Licence provided at clause 2 shall end on the later of: Practical Completion of the Construction Works; or 12 months from and including the date of this Licence, with a rolling option to extend the Licence and the ability to terminate by one months’ notice after six months of the date of this Licence. Termination is without prejudice to the rights of either party in connection with any antecedent breach of any obligation subsisting under this deed. On termination of the Licence in accordance with this Clause 3.6 and Clause 4, and Clauses 6 to 10 (inclusive) shall remain in force.

Termination of the Licence. This License does not expire unless cancellation of the relevant Access Data upon Licensee request. In all cases of violation of art. 3.B and art. 5, d-flight reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Licence or, upon its exclusive decision, forthwith terminate it.

In the event that any Party (the “Breaching Party”) has breached any terms of this Agreement, the other Party (the “Innocent Party”) may give written notice to the Breaching Party, and in the event that Breaching Party cannot remedy the breach(es) within 14 days of such notice, the Innocent Party may terminate the Licence. After the termination of the Licence, Accurexa shall immediately return or destroy all documents and information in relation to the Licence upon demand by Medisun.

Termination of the Licence. The Licence and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by the Licensee of the terms of the Licence. Such a termination will not terminate the licences of any person who has receives the Work from the Licensee under the Licence, provided such persons remain in full compliance with the Licence.
