Termination of the Issuer. This Agreement will terminate, except for obligations under Article VII and Sections 5.04 and 5.07, on the earlier of (i) the payment in full of all outstanding Notes and the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture and (ii) the date the Issuer is terminated in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement.
