Common use of Termination of the Employment Period Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Employment Period. The employment period shall continue until the earlier of: (i) the second anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Expected Completion Date”), (ii) the Employee’s death or Disability, (iii) the Employee resigns or (iv) the Board or its delegate determines that termination of the Employee’s employment is in the best interests of the Company (the “Employment Period”). The last day of the Employment Period shall be referred to herein as the “Termination Date.”

Termination of the Employment Period. The employment period (the "Employment Period") shall continue until the earlier of: earliest of (i) the second anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Expected Completion Date”), (ii) the Employee’s 's death or Disability, (iiiii) the Employee resigns or (iviii) the Board or its delegate Top Management determines that termination of the Employee’s 's employment is in the best interests of the Company (the “Employment Period”). The last day date of the Employment Period earliest of these events shall be referred to herein as the “"Termination Date").”

The last day of the Employment Period shall be referred to herein as the “Termination Date.”

Termination of the Employment Period.
