Termination of Tenancy. 6.1 In the event of termination of the Tenancy the Tenant shall return to the Council any property made available to them during the Tenancy such as keys and shall leave the Allotment in a clean and tidy condition and remove all belongings. If in the opinion of the Council the Allotment has been left in an unsatisfactory condition, any work carried out by the Council to return the plot to a satisfactory condition shall be charged to the Tenant (Allotments Act 1950 s.4).
