Common use of Termination of Revolving Credit Commitments Clause in Contracts

Termination of Revolving Credit Commitments. The Borrower ------------------------------------------- shall have the right to terminate the amount of Revolving Credit Commitments in whole or in part at any time, provided that the Borrower shall give notice of such termination to the Agent as provided in (S)2.12. Any portion of the Revolving Credit Commitments that has been terminated may not be reinstated.
