Common use of Termination of Engagement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Engagement. The engagement of the Consultant hereunder and this Agreement may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, at any time during the Term upon written notice to the other party. Except as set forth in Section 7(A), the termination of the Consultant pursuant to this Section 6 shall not result in any penalty or fee payable to the Consultant

Termination of Engagement. The (a) If during the term of this Agreement Company terminates Consultant's engagement hereunder With Cause (as hereinafter defined) or pursuant to Section 5, all obligations of Company to provide compensation and benefits under this Agreement shall cease, and Consultant shall have no claim against the Company for damages or otherwise by reason of such termination. Company's election to terminate Consultant's engagement With Cause shall be without prejudice to any remedy the Company may have against Consultant for the breach or non-performance of any of the Consultant hereunder and provisions of this Agreement may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, at any time during the Term upon written notice to the other party. Except as set forth in Section 7(A), the termination of the Consultant pursuant to this Section 6 shall not result in any penalty or fee payable to the ConsultantAgreement.

The (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary express or implied herein, Counsel's engagement of the Consultant hereunder and this Agreement may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, at any time during the Term shall terminate upon written notice by either party to the other party. Except as set forth in Section 7(A), the termination of the Consultant pursuant notifying party's intention to terminate Counsel's performance and services hereunder. In such connection it is understood and agreed that the Corporation may terminate this Section 6 shall not result in Agreement and dismiss Counsel (and any penalty or fee payable to Assistant Counsel and other contractors retained hereunder) without cause and for any reason deemed sufficient by the ConsultantCorporation.

Termination of Engagement. The (a) Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement to the contrary, Consultant’s engagement of the Consultant hereunder and under this Agreement may be terminated immediately, without notice or pay in lieu of notice, and with no liability to make any further payment to Consultant, by either party, with or without cause, at any time during the Term upon written notice Company due to the other party. Except a Disqualifying Event (as set forth in Section 7(Adefined below), the termination of the Consultant pursuant to this Section 6 shall not result in any penalty or fee payable to the Consultant.
