Common use of Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employment. The Employment Term and Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated by either the Company or Executive at any time and for any reason; provided that, unless otherwise provided herein, either party shall be required to give the other party at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of any termination of Executive’s employment. The thirty (30) day notice period shall be inclusive of and run concurrently with any mandatory notice periods provided for under any applicable law. Upon termination of Executive’s employment during the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to the following compensation and benefits from the Company or any of its affiliates.
