Termination of Employment Without Cause. During the Term, the Company may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate the employment of Executive hereunder for any reason (other than those set forth in Section 4.1 above) upon written notice (the “Termination Notice”) to Executive (a “Termination Without Cause”). In such event, the Company shall pay Executive an amount equal to the sum of the following:
