Termination of Employee Services. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, SMUD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, for any reason or for no reason, upon giving notice thereof to Contractor, to immediately discontinue and terminate the Services, in whole or in part, with respect to any Employee or Employees (including any replacements of and/or substitutes for any Employee or Employees). SMUD may, in its sole discretion, require Contractor to provide a suitable replacement Employee or Employees, at no additional cost to SMUD.
