Termination of Check-Off. An employee shall cease to be subject to check-off deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which he is no longer a member of the bargaining unit.

An employee may revoke his/her voluntary check-off authorization at any time by submitting notice to the employer’s payroll office via certified mail and Union via certified mail, to the extent allowed by law.
