Common use of Termination of Card Services Clause in Contracts

Termination of Card Services. You or any of your Authorized Representatives can terminate your Card by notifying us in writing. Termination will be effective once we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notice. We can terminate or suspend your use of the Card at any time without notice. If we do, all Cardholders must return or destroy the Cards immediately upon our request. Termination of the Card will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.
