Termination Not to Relieve Obligations of Parties. Any termination pursuant to this Agreement shall not relieve any party of any obligation or liability accrued hereunder prior to such termination or rescind or give rise to any right to rescind anything done by any party hereunder prior to the time such termination becomes effective and such termination shall not affect in any manner any rights of any party arising under this Agreement prior to such termination.
