Common use of Termination for Just Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination for Just Cause. The Company may terminate the employment of the Executive hereunder at any time for Just Cause without notice and without further obligations to the Executive, including without payment of any kind of compensation either by way of anticipated earnings or damages of any kind.

Termination for Just Cause. The Company may terminate the employment of the Executive Manager hereunder at any time for Just Cause without notice and without further obligations to the ExecutiveManager, including without payment of any kind of compensation either by way of anticipated earnings or damages of any kind, including without limitation, the Distribution Shares pursuant to the Merger Agreement.

Termination for Just Cause. The Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Company may immediately terminate the Executive’s employment of the Executive hereunder at any time for Just Cause just cause, without prior notice and without further obligations to the Executiveor pay in lieu of notice or any other form of compensation, including without payment of any kind of compensation either by way of anticipated earnings severance pay or damages of any kinddamages.

Termination for Just Cause. The Company may terminate the Executive's employment of the Executive hereunder at any time for Just Cause Cause, without notice and without further obligations to the Executiveany notice, including without payment in lieu of any kind of compensation either by way of anticipated earnings notice, or damages of any kindseverance compensation.

In the event that the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated by the Company for Just Cause without notice Cause, the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional payments or benefits hereunder, other than for amounts due and without further obligations owing to the ExecutiveExecutive by the Company as at the Date of Termination, including without payment excluding any Performance Bonus and, in such event, Stock Options held at the Date of any kind of compensation either by way of anticipated earnings or damages of any kindTermination shall immediately expire.
