Termination for Developer Event of Default. (i) Without prejudice to any other right or remedy which JTDCL may have in respect thereof under this Agreement, upon the occurrence of a Developer Event of Default, JTDCL may terminate this Agreement by issuing Termination Notice.

Termination for Developer Event of Default. (1) Without prejudice to any other right or remedy which APIIC may have in respect thereof under this Agreement, upon the occurrence of a Developer Event of Default, APIIC shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement in the manner as set out below:

Upon Developer’s Event of Default, PCB shall, without any prejudice to its other rights in respect thereof under this Agreement, be entitled to terminate this Agreement.
