Common use of Termination for Death or Disability Clause in Contracts

Termination for Death or Disability. If the Employee's employment is terminated by death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.3, the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums which would otherwise be payable to the Employee under Section 3 up to the end of the month in which the termination of his employment because of death or disability occurs.

Termination for Death or Disability. If the Employee's ’s employment is terminated by death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.3, the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums the compensation and benefits which would otherwise be payable or accrued to the Employee under Section 3 up to through the end of the month in which the termination date of his employment termination and an additional six months because of death or disability occursdisability. If the Employee's employment is terminated by death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.35.3, the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums the base salary and benefits to which the Employee would otherwise be payable to the Employee entitled under Section 3 up to through the end of the month in which the termination last day of his actual employment because of death or disability occurs(including the maximum bonus that the Employee would have been entitled to under the Company's executive bonus program for the then current period).

Termination for Death or Disability. If the Employee's employment is terminated by death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.3, the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums the compensation which would otherwise be payable to the Employee under Section 3 up to the end of the month in which the termination of his employment because of death or disability occurs.

If the Employee's ’s employment is terminated by death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.34.2, the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums the compensation and benefits to which the Employee would otherwise be payable to the Employee entitled under Section 3 up to the end (including for greater certainty, a pro rata portion of the month payments provided for in which Section 3) through the termination last day of his employment because of death or disability occursactual employment.

Termination for Death or Disability. If the Employee's ’s employment is terminated by death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.36(c), the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums which the compensation that would otherwise be payable to the Employee under Section 3 up to the end of the month in which the termination of his employment because of death or disability occurs, plus any earned but unpaid bonus for the year ending prior to his death or disability.

Termination for Death or Disability. If the Employee's employment engagement is terminated by death or because of death or disability pursuant to Section 4.34.1, the Company shall pay to the estate of Employee the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums compensation which would otherwise be payable to the Employee under Section 3 up to the end of the month in which the termination of his employment its engagement because of death or disability occurs.

Termination for Death or Disability. If the Employee's employment is terminated by death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.33.10, the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums which the compensation that would otherwise be payable to the Employee under Section 3 up to the end of the month in which the termination of his employment because of death or disability occurs.

Termination for Death or Disability. If the Employee's employment is terminated by reason of death or because of disability pursuant to Section 4.3. or Section 4.4., the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums the Compensation per Exhibit "A" (including accrued bonuses, if any,) and benefits under Sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 which would otherwise be payable to the Employee under Section 3 up to the end of the month in which the termination of his employment because of this Agreement for such death or disability occurs.

If the Employee's employment is terminated by death or because of disability Disability pursuant to Section 4.34(c), the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee or to the Employee, as the case may be, all sums a lump-sum payment equal to the remaining compensation which would otherwise be payable to the Employee under Section 3 up to during the end remainder of the month in which the termination of his employment because of death or disability occursTerm.
