Termination for Conflict of Interest. The Counties may terminate this Agreement under Section 21.1 (Termination for Material Breach) by Notice to Contractor if the Counties determine, after due notice and examination, that Contractor has violated any laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts, including but not limited to any creating a conflict of interest.
