Termination for Cause for Reasons of Incapacity. When an employee ceases to be employed by reason of termination for cause for reason of incapacity pursuant to Section 12(1)(e) of the Financial Administration Act, one week's pay for each complete year of continuous employment with a maximum benefit of twenty-eight (28) weeks.

Termination for Cause for Reasons of Incapacity. An employee released from employment under Section 11(2)(g) of the Financial Administration Act by reason of release for incapacity shall on termination of his or her employment be entitled to severance pay on the basis of one (1) week’s pay for each complete year of continuous employment with a maximum benefit of twenty-eight (28) weeks’ pay. **
Termination for Cause for Reasons of Incapacity. When an employee has completed more than one (1) year of continuous employment, subsequent to May and ceases to be employed by reason of termination for cause for reasons of incapacity, one week's pay for each complete year of such continuous employment with a maximum benefit of twenty eight (28) weeks. Severance benefits payable to an employee under this Article shall be reduced by any period of continuous employment in respect of which the employee has already been granted any type of termination benefit and under no circumstances shall the maximum severance pay provided under Article above be pyramided. The weekly rates of pay referred to in the above clauses shall be the regular weekly rates of pay in accordance with this Collective Agreement to which the employee is entitled on the date of the termination ARTICLE
Termination for Cause for Reasons of Incapacity. An officer who has completed more than one (1) year of continuous employment and who is released by reason of termination for cause for reasons of incapacity pursuant to Section 11(2)(g) of the Financial Administration Act shall be paid severance pay calculated by multiplying the officer’s weekly rate of pay on termination by the number of completed years of continuous employment to a maximum of twenty-eight (28) years less any period within that period of continuous employment in respect of which the officer was granted a termination of employment benefit paid by the Employer.

  • Termination for Cause If Vendor fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, TIPS shall provide written notice to Vendor specifying the default.
