Either party may terminate this Agreement (including the Statement of Work) if the other party breaches is in material breach of any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure obligation provided that such material breach is not cured within thirty (30) days following written notice thereof from in writing of such breach has been provided by the non-breaching partyparty requesting that the material breach be remedied within said period by the party in material breach.

Termination for Breach. Either party Party may terminate this Agreement (including in the Statement of Work) if event the other party breaches Party commits a material breach of any material term of the terms or conditions of this Agreement Agreement, and fails to cure remedy such breach within thirty (30) days following after receipt of written notice thereof from the non-breaching partynotice. The right to terminate for material breach is in addition to any other remedies which a Party may have at law or in equity.

If at the non-breaching partyend of such thirty (30) day period, the breach has not been cured to the reasonable satisfaction of the Party seeking to terminate the Agreement, the Agreement shall terminate.

Termination for Breach. Either party may terminate this Agreement (upon the material breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the Statement of Work) if any representation, warranty or covenant, by the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure if such breach is not cured by the breaching party within thirty (30) days following after receipt by the breaching party of written notice thereof from the non-breaching partyof such breach.
