Termination Following Change in Control. If, during the Employment Period and within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, the Company (or its successor) terminates the Executive’s employment without Cause pursuant to Section 5(b) or the Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason pursuant to Section 5(c), the Executive shall be entitled to receive, in addition to the items referenced in Section 6(a), the following:
