Termination Consequences. 18.1 On the expiry or other termination of this Contract, the Service Provider shall cease to provide the Service pursuant to this Contract and shall, subject to Clause 18.2 below, cease to be entitled to receive payment pursuant to Clauses 8 to 10 above.
