Termination by the State. 1. The State may terminate its participation in the Program, in whole or in part, at any time by providing to FHWA a notice at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to the date that the State seeks to terminate its participation in this Program, and subject to such terms and conditions as FHWA may provide.
