Termination by the Owner for Convenience. 14.4.1 Upon seven days’ written notice, the Owner may, at any time, terminate the Contract in whole or in part for the Owner’s convenience and without cause. Such Termination shall be effective at the time and manner specified in the Notice. In such case, the Contractor shall be paid in accordance with Subparagraph 14.4.3.
