Common use of Termination by Subscriber Clause in Contracts

Termination by Subscriber. Subject to your payment of the Termination Fee and/or any other applicable termination fee and the monthly fees for the full billing cycle in which termination occurred, you may immediately terminate this Agreement at any time by giving us written or telephone notice. You are responsible for the full monthly Service fee for any month (or portion of a month) in which you receive Service and JREC will not provide a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid fees regardless of when your Service is terminated. In limited circumstances, JREC may permit you to temporarily suspend service. Once your account is terminated, you will may no longer have access to any of the web or email services provided to you as part of the Service. In addition, if you leased terminate your Equipmentservice during the “Minimum Service Term”, upon termination you will be are responsible for returning the return Viasat equipment to DishUp Communications [in good condition] within 7 days of the Equipment to JREC in accordance with your obligations under the Lease Addendumservice termination.

You will continue to be liable under this Agreement for all fees and charges until such time as the Agreement has been properly terminated or suspended or we have acknowledged such termination or suspension in writing or by e-mail. Once your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to any of the web or email services provided to you as part of the Service. In addition, if you leased your Equipment, upon termination you will be responsible for the return of the Equipment to JREC Wahkiakum West in accordance with your obligations under to the Lease Addendumlease.
