Common use of Termination by Licensor Clause in Contracts

Termination by Licensor. In the event that Licensee fails to make timely payment of any amounts due to Licensor under this Agreement, including amounts due under Article 4 hereof, Licensor may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to Licensee, unless Licensee pays all past-due amounts prior to the expiration of such thirty (30)-day notice period.

Termination by Licensor. Termination by Licensor. In This License Agreement and the event that Licensee fails to make timely payment of any amounts due to licenses herein granted may be terminated by Licensor under this Agreement, including amounts due under Article 4 hereof, Licensor may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) 30 days written notice notice, if: (a) Licensee materially breaches any term of this License Agreement and such breach is not rectified within said 30 day period; or (b) Licensee attempts to Licensee, unless Licensee pays all past-due amounts prior to assign this License Agreement or the expiration license herein granted in breach of such thirty (30)-day notice periodthis License Agreement.

Termination by Licensor.
