Common use of Termination by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Termination by Landlord. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by Tenant which continues for a period of _ days after receiving written notice of the default from Landlord, Landlord has the right to terminate this Agreement and take possession of the Site.
