Common use of Termination by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Termination by Landlord. If Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease in the case where Tenant desires either to assign this Lease or sublet all or substantially all of the Premises, then this Lease shall end and expire on the date that such assignment or sublet was to be effective or commence, as the case may be, and the Rent and additional rent due hereunder shall be paid and apportioned to such date. Furthermore, if Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease pursuant to subsection C of this Article 12, Landlord shall be free to and shall have no liability to Tenant if Landlord should lease the Premises (or any part thereof) to Tenant's prospective assignee or subtenant.

Termination by Landlord. If Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease in the case where Tenant desires either to assign this Lease or sublet all or substantially all of the Premises, then this Lease shall end and expire on the date that such assignment or sublet was to be effective or commence, as the case may be, and the Rent and additional rent due hereunder shall be paid and apportioned to such date. Furthermore, if Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease pursuant to subsection C of this Article 12, Landlord shall be free to and shall have no liability to Tenant if Landlord should lease the Premises (or any part thereof) to Tenant's ’s prospective assignee or subtenant.

Termination by Landlord. If Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease in the case where Tenant desires either to assign this Lease or sublet all or substantially all of and recapture the Premises, or a portion thereof, pursuant to subsection C of this Article 12 then this Lease as to the entire Premises or portion thereof as applicable, shall end and expire on the date that such assignment or sublet was to be effective or commence, as the case may be, and the Rent and additional rent Additional Rent due hereunder shall be paid and apportioned to such date. Furthermore, if Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease pursuant to subsection C of this Article 12, Landlord shall be free to and shall have no liability to Tenant if Landlord should lease the Premises (or any part thereof) to Tenant's prospective assignee or subtenant.

Termination by Landlord. If Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease in the case where Tenant desires either to assign this Lease or sublet all or substantially all of the PremisesPremises for substantially the remainder of the Term, then this Lease shall end and expire on the date that such assignment or sublet was to be effective or commence, as the case may be, and the Rent and additional rent due hereunder shall be paid and apportioned to such date. Furthermore, if Landlord exercises its option to terminate this Lease pursuant to subsection C of this Article 12, Landlord shall be free to and shall have no liability to Tenant if Landlord should lease the Premises (or any part thereof) to Tenant's prospective assignee or subtenant.
