Termination by County. This Agreement may be revoked and terminated at any time by resolution of the Williamson County Commissioners Court if such revocation and termination is reasonably required by the public interest (as hereinafter set forth), after providing fifteen (15) days written notice to the Licensee. Termination by County. If Engineer fails to deliver quality Services, fails to achieve the defined goals, outcomes, strategies, and outputs required by County, or if Engineer fails to comply with any conditions in this Agreement, the County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon giving ten (10) days prior written notice to Engineer.
