Common use of Termination by Client Clause in Contracts

Termination by Client. (A) After the Initial Term, Client may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason upon 30 days’ prior written notice and/or cancel Client’s Custodial Account by withdrawing all balances and contacting Trust Company at xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. Client will not be charged for canceling Client’s Custodial Account, although Client will be required to pay any outstanding amounts owed to Trust Company. Client authorizes Trust Company to cancel or suspend any pending deposits or withdrawals at the time of cancellation.
