Common use of Termination before end of Contract Term Expiry Clause in Contracts

Termination before end of Contract Term Expiry. 16.2.1 We may terminate an Order for Services or this Agreement if the communications provider (which has the meaning set out in the Communications Act 2003) refuses to provide the services for any reason. We shall be entitled to re-charge you for any additional charges that are imposed on us by the communications provider with respect to any such failed orders.
