Termination and Renewal. 22.01 The Collective Agreement shall continue in effect until March 31, 2016, and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the Agreement in accordance with Article 22.02 below.

Termination and Renewal. 33.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of the 1st day of May 2004 and shall continue in effect until the 30th day of April 2007, inclusive, and beyond the expiry date until the earlier of either a ratified renewal or a legal strike or lockout, unless either party gives notice to the other, not more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date of its desire to enter into negotiations for the revision or renewal of all or any part of this Agreement, and both parties shall thereupon enter into negotiations in good faith and make every reasonable effort to secure a renewal.
