Common use of Terminally Ill Clause in Contracts

Terminally Ill. Shall be defined as a medical prognosis of limited expected survival of six (6) months or less at the time of referral to a Hospice of a Covered Person with a chronic, progressive Illness which has been designated by the Covered Person's attending Physician as incurable.
