TERMINAL FACILITIES. During the term hereof, Calnev shall provide and maintain at its Las Vegas Terminal, storage for Customer's Product. Such storage shall be provided in tanks designated by Calnev, at Xxxxxx's sole discretion. Calnev shall also provide and maintain a truck loading rack facility. At all times during the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof, Calnev shall, at its expense, keep and maintain said storage facilities in usable condition, allowing for normal repair and maintenance activities.

TERMINAL FACILITIES. Each Carrier shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to arrange for terminal facilities at gateway airports to facilitate passenger handling and connections between the flights of the Carriers with the objective of achieving convenience similar to on-line connections.
TERMINAL FACILITIES. EXHIBIT “A” describes the SFPP terminals and facilities (individually, a “Terminal” collectively, the “Terminals”) to which this Agreement applies, the services to be provided for CUSTOMER by SFPP hereunder, and any applicable volume commitments. SFPP terminal tankage is operated as community storage with like products from each participating SFPP customer being stored in a fungible manner and CUSTOMER hereby agrees to such community storage. No segregated storage will be provided to CUSTOMER unless specifically agreed to in writing between CUSTOMER and SFPP. SFPP may, at its sole discretion, reassign tankage and related loading facilities under this Agreement, including temporary reassignment of facilities, for more efficient use of said facilities. SFPP shall notify CUSTOMER of any such reassignments as soon as reasonably possible prior to such reassignments. Such reassignment shall not restrict CUSTOMER's current volume.
TERMINAL FACILITIES. The starting point and the final destination of the vehicles affect the amount of reimbursement Southern Lehigh receives from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Contractor is required to provide an office and a terminal facility within the Owner’s boundaries to minimize the miles vehicles travel without students. If a facility cannot be located within the Southern Lehigh School District boundaries, the Contractor would be responsible for the cost of the transportation from the Contractor’s facility to the boundary of Southern Lehigh School District. The location of the terminal may also affect the level of service and response time in the event of weather related early dismissals or emergencies and will be taken into consideration for award of contract. The Contractor will reimburse the Owner any lost fuel costs resulting from a change in terminal location from the proposed location. Buses cannot be used for personal use or as a means of transport to the driver’s home unless the home or point of storage is closer to the route start than the bus terminal. All buses not being stored at the terminal shall be identified by the Contractor. For proposal and confidentiality purposes the terminal location can be identified by name and address, or as a distance from the Southern Lehigh Administrative building, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, XX 00000.
TERMINAL FACILITIES. 13.1 The Department is of the view that IOMSPCo is able to operate the facilities for passengers and freight in Xxxxxxx more efficiently than currently. Clause 3.13 requires that IOMSPCo shall provide passenger security and customer care services by staffing the access areas and linkspans, although overall Port security and management will be unchanged.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.

Landlord shall have the right to construct, maintain and operate lighting facilities on the Common Facilities; to police the same; from time to time to change the area, level, location and arrangement of parking areas and other facilities; to restrict parking by tenants, their officers, agents and employees to employee parking areas; to enforce parking charges (by operation of meters or otherwise), with appropriate provisions for free parking ticket validating by tenants; to close all or any portion of the Common Facilities to such extent as may, in the opinion of Landlord’s counsel, be legally sufficient to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of any rights to any person or the public therein; to close temporarily all or any portion of the Common Facilities; to discourage non-customer parking; and to do and perform such other acts in and to the Common Facilities which Landlord shall determine, using good business judgment, to be advisable to improve the convenience and use thereof by tenants, their officers, agents, employees and customers. Subject to the foregoing, Tenant may use all Common Facilities not within the Premises, under a revocable license, on a nonexclusive basis in common with other tenants. If any such license is revoked, or if the amount of such areas is diminished, Landlord shall not be subject to any liability and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation or abatement of rent, nor shall such revocation or diminution be deemed constructive or actual eviction.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.

  • Other Facilities This Agreement reserves in each party the power to establish a temporary holding facility during a pandemic, riot, civil disobedience or natural disaster, to establish group homes or other care or rehabilitation facilities in furtherance of a social service program, to temporarily transfer Inmates to alternative detention facilities in order to respond to Xxxx overcrowding, a public health directive, or to comply with a final order of a federal court or a state court of record for the care and treatment of Inmates.
