Term Time. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution of this Agreement, as first written above, and shall automatically expire at 11:59 p.m. on the day prior to the first anniversary of the date of execution of this Agreement. The period of time in which this Agreement is in effect shall be known as the “Term.” Time is the essence of this Agreement.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. No employee shall be required to take flex time off in order to avoid the payment of overtime or as a condition of continued employment.

  • Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.
