Term; Scope. Subject to the provisions hereof, this Agreement shall have an initial term (such term, as extended or renewed in accordance with the provisions hereof, being called the "Term") commencing on the date hereof (the "Commencement Date") and ending on the later of (i) the last day of the two hundred and fortieths (240th) calendar month next following the date hereof or (ii) the maturity date, repayment or prepayment of the applicable Loan Documents ( (the "Expiration Date"); provided however, the parties shall have the right upon mutual agreement to terminate this Agreement with respect to any individual Property no longer subject to the Loan Documents (for instance due to a significant casualty or condemnation of such Property).

Term; Scope. The Agreement will: come into force on the Commencement Date; and apply in relation to the Services supplied by the Supplier to the Client under the Agreement on or after the Commencement Date; and remain in force until the Expiration Date subject to any provision of the Agreement that expressly or by implication is intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination or expiry of the Agreement remaining in full force and effect. No relationship of agency, joint venture or partnership will be created or will be deemed to exist between the Parties by virtue of the execution or performance of the Agreement. Unless the Agreement expressly provides otherwise, neither Party will have authority to bind the other Party without the other Party’s written consent.
Term; Scope. Subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement, this Agreement shall have an initial term of ten years, provided however the Manager shall have the right to terminate this Agreement as to any individual Property at such time as the Loan Documents have terminated in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents (for instance due to a significant casualty or condemnation) with respect to such individual Property.
Term; Scope. 4.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the initial term of this Agreement will be from the Effective Date and continue thereafter for a period of two (2) years from the Commencement Date ("Initial Term"). This ------------ Agreement will be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms unless either Party gives notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the expiration of the Initial Term or any renewal term; however, the Minimum Deployment Commitment shall not be renewed. The Initial Term in combination with any extensions is also referred to in this Agreement as the "Term".

Additionally, in the event additional property becomes subject to the Lease in accordance with the terms of the Lease (for instance, due to a right of substitution under the Lease or the expansion of the Lease to cover the property initially occupied by Moving Tenant), such additional property shall become subject to this Agreement, and the parties shall execute such addenda to this Agreement as are necessary to so reflect. 13.
Term; Scope. The Club hereby employs the Player as a skilled professional basketball player for one calendar year (subject to Section 2 below) starting October 1, 199_____. The Player's employment includes: attendance at any and all scheduled training camps and practice sessions; playing in any national or international tournaments during, immediately preceding or immediately following the CBA season; and participating in all reasonable Club and CBA promotional activities.
Term; Scope. Owner agrees to authorize Pedals & Paddles as the sole seller of Owner’s item(s) for at least a period of 30 days, and up to 90 days from the above agreement date. Owner agrees not to “cross post” or actively engage in selling said item(s) during Pedals & Paddle’s authorized consignment period. Pedals & Paddles agrees to actively promote Owner’s item(s) as being for sale, to the best of its ability during the consignment period. _ (Initial).
