Term of Work Order. This Work Order shall remain in effect for a minimum of twenty--four (24) months as of the date of signature and until terminated thereafter, unless terminated earlier by Customer on account of the non--' approval by the Retail Funds' Board of Trustees/Directors of the initial engagement of lbbotson to provide consulting services or the termination of the Xxxxxxx Fund of Funds Program pursuant to the authority of the Retail Funds' Board of Trustees/Directors. A party shall have the right to terminate this agreement on thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party in the event of the breach of this agreement, unless the other party cures such breach within such 30--day period.
