Term of the Lease. This Lease shall begin at 12:00 A.M. on the Effective Date and shall end at 11:59 P.M. on the last day of that month. This Lease shall be automatically renewed for additional consecutive terms of one (1) month each, without further action by the Resident or EHA, at such rent as may be established by EHA, unless earlier terminated by the Resident or EHA pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
