TERM OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where specifically provided otherwise, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall be effective from the date upon which the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees and Covenant Health exchange notice of ratification by their principals of this Collective Agreement, up to and including March 31, 2020 2022 and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either Party to the other Party, not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration date, of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
TERM OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 This Collective Agreement shall be in force and effective as of January 1, 2016 and shall continue in full force and effect until the 31st day of December 2019, and from year to year thereafter, except as hereinafter provided.

TERM OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 25.01 This Collective Agreement shall be binding and remain in effect from April 1st, 2005 to March 31st, 2008.

TERM OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 24.01 This Collective Agreement shall be binding and remain in effect until September 30, 2007.
TERM OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 3.01 No amendments can be made to this Collective Agreement without the mutual written consent of the parties; nor can any amendments be made to this Collective Agreement without submitting the amendments for ratification by the parties as determined by their respective bargaining procedures. Back To Index In the event that the Government of Ontario or the Government of Canada passes or amends Statutes and/or Regulations and in the opinion of either party such actions bring about changes in terms and conditions of work from those originally described in the Collective Agreement, the parties shall meet, within fifteen days of the written request of either party for such a meeting, in an attempt to agree on a method of modifying the Collective Agreement by mutual consent.
TERM OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 This Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Agreement, up to and including March 31, 2020 of desire to amend, or enter into a new Agreement is given in writing by either party not less than 30 days and not more than 120 days prior to the expiration date.
