Common use of Term of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21December 14, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21June 1, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January June 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. 2.1 The term of this Agreement shall be two (2) years beginning July 21, 1998 from the Effective Date of this Agreement and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving the BellSouth territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 211, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21February 13, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21April 1, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21May 20, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21February 5, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21December 2, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 2, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21June 9, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21August 31, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21February 23, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21January 19, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 6, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 2120, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Georgia and Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 2111, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 212-2 , 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; andTennessee ;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July April 21, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21January 14 , 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21October 26, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21September 19, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21April 27, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21October 2, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21February 8, 1998 1999 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21June 17, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) state of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21February 24, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21, 1998 6/9/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21February 19, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21January 30, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 20, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21, 1998 10/7/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and TennesseeTennessee Empire; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21September 29, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21, 1998 7/21/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21August 24, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21April 28, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July December 21, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21March 12, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 2, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21August 4, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21April 15, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21, 1998 5/11/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21January 9, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21June 26, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1June 26, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21May , 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997, in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and. However, either party may, at its option, terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party 60 days in advance of the intended termination date.

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21October 30, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21September 16, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21October 24, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21January 26, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21August 10, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21August 5, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21, 1998 5/19/98 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21December 23, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21October 19, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21December 2, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 5, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21August 12, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 10, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21September 10, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21April 7, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and TennesseeTennessee ; and

Term of the Agreement. A. The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 24, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; andTennessee to all of BellSouth’s territory as of January 1, 1997.

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21January 1, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1996, in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and.

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 2116, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21February 9, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and;

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21March 19, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21April 20, 1998 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 in the state(s) states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee; and

The term of this Agreement shall be two years beginning July 21November 13, 1998 1997 and shall apply to all of BellSouth’s serving territory as of January 1, 1998 1997 in the state(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Carolina and Tennessee; and
