Common use of Term of Service Clause in Contracts

Term of Service. The Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 2008 and shall terminate on the earlier of December 31, 2008 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January 1, 2008 and ending on December 31, 2008 is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

Term of Service. The Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January June 1, 2008 2011 and shall terminate on the earlier of December May 31, 2008 2012 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January June 1, 2008 2011 and ending on December May 31, 2008 2012 is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

Term of Service. The Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 2008 and shall terminate on the earlier of December 31, 2008 2009 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January 1, 2008 2009 and ending on December 31, 2008 2009 is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

The Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January June 1, 2008 2012 and shall terminate on the earlier of December May 31, 2008 2013 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January June 1, 2008 2012 and ending on December May 31, 2008 2013 is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

Term of Service. The Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 2008 2010 and shall terminate on the earlier of December 31, 2008 2010 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January 1, 2008 2010 and ending on December 31, 2008 2010 is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

Term of Service. The Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 2008 2007 and shall terminate on the earlier of December 31, 2008 2007 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January 1, 2008 2007 and ending on December 31, 2008 2007 is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.

Term of Service. The period of Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 2008 on the Effective Date and shall terminate on the earlier of December 31, 2008 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January 1, 2008 and ending expire on December 31, 2008 is hereinafter referred to as 2011 (the “Term”), unless terminated sooner pursuant to Paragraph 6 hereof.
