Term of SARs. The term of an SAR granted under the Plan shall be determined by the Committee, in its sole discretion; provided, however, that such term shall not exceed ten (10) years.

Term of SARs. The SARs shall expire ten years following the Grant Date (the period between the Grant Date and such expiration date being the “SAR Term”), or earlier if clause (c) of this Section 2 applies.
