Term of Order Forms. The term of an Order Form starts on its effective date and terminates when all Services ordered under it are terminated or completed. For the term of Subscriptions ordered on an Order Form, see Section 3.1 (Subscriptions).
Term of Order Forms. The initial term of each Order Form shall commence on the date of such Order Form and shall continue for the Subscription Term set out in such Order Form. Thereafter, the Order Form shall automatically renew for additional successive periods of 12 months each (or such other period as may be set forth on such Order Form (each, a “Renewal Term”), unless either Party provides at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other Party of its intent to not renew such Order Form.
Term of Order Forms. The term of each Order Form will begin on the date that it is fully executed and continue until the later of the end of the Subscription Term set forth on such Order Form (including any automatic renewals, if any) and completion of the specified Professional Services.
Term of Order Forms. Unless otherwise specified in an Order Form, each Order Form shall have an initial term of one year after the Commencement Date, after which it will automatically renew and continue until terminated. If a Party does not want to renew the Order Form or wants to terminate the Order Form after the initial term, then it must provide the other Party a Notice to this effect at least one (1) month prior to the renewal or termination.
Term of Order Forms. The initial term of each Order Form will commence on the date set forth in such Order Form and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 4(c), will remain in effect for the “Initial Term” specified therein (the “Order Form Initial Term”). If a “Renewal Term” is specified in an Order Form, upon the expiration of the applicable Order Form Initial Term, such Order Form will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the length of the “Renewal Term” specified in such Order Form (each, an “Order Form Renewal Term”) unless either party notifies the other in writing of an intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Order Form Initial Term or the then-current Order Form Renewal Term.
Term of Order Forms. The term of particular Order Forms will be set forth therein, starting on the Effective Date specified therein and continuing for the initial term specified therein (“Initial Service Term”). Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form, or unless the Order Form is terminated in accordance with Section 6.5, upon expiration of the Initial Service Term, the relevant Order Form will renew automatically for a subsequent renewal term of 12 months (“Renewal Service Term“), unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing, at least 30 days (subject to Section 7.2) prior to the end of the then-current Service Term, that it chooses not to renew. The Initial Service Term and all Renewal Service Terms (if any) are referred to in this Agreement collectively as the “Service Term”.
Term of Order Forms. The Subscription Term of each subscription for Services and/or Content shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Any renewal terms will be as set forth in the applicable Order Form. The Subscription Term includes the initial term and any renewal terms set forth in the applicable Order Form.
Term of Order Forms. The term of particular Order Form(s) will be set forth therein, starting on the Effective Date specified therein and continuing for the initial term specified therein (“Initial Service Term”). Unless expressly prohibited by the law or otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form(s) or Addendum (if any), or unless the Order Form(s) is terminated in accordance with clause 6.5, upon expiration of the Initial Service Term, the relevant Order Form(s) will renew automatically for a period of one (1) year at a time ("Renewal Service Term"), unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing, at least sixty (60) days (subject to Clause 7.1) prior to the end of the then-current Service Term, that it chooses not to renew. The Initial Service Term and all Renewal Service Terms (if any) are referred to collectively as the “Service Term.” HappyOrNot may amend this XXXX and its integral parts upon the Renewal Service Term by giving a written notice of ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then-current Service Term. If automatic renewal is expressly prohibited by the law or is separately agreed in writing between the Parties, the Order Form(s) and XXXX shall expire upon the expiration of the Initial Service Term.
Term of Order Forms. Each Order Form entered into during the term of this Agreement begins on the commencement date set out in an Order Form and continues in effect through to the end date of the period as listed in the Order Form (Subscription Term), unless earlier terminated under Section 5(e).
