Term of Office of Chairs. The term of office shall be three (3) years with the position being declared vacant and posted for one (1) month, at least two (2) months prior to the end of the three (3) year term. The appointment of the incumbent will be automatically renewed if no applications for the position besides the incumbent's are received. An evaluation will be conducted at least once in each Chair's term. An evaluation may be conducted at any time during the term of the appointment and may result in an early termination of the Chair's assignment. In addition, an evaluation will be conducted upon a request of other Employees within the department. When a Chair position is vacated during the term, the position shall be posted for two (2) weeks, and a replacement appointed as soon thereafter as is practical. In consultation with the department, the Xxxx may choose to appoint the replacement Chair for any period of time between the remainder of the three (3) year term and three (3) years.

The Company may also from time to time designate one or more other offices or agencies where the Securities of one or more series may be presented or surrendered for any or all such purposes and may from time to time rescind such designations; provided, however, that no such designation or rescission shall in any manner relieve the Company of its obligation to maintain an office or agency in each Place of Payment for Securities of any series for such purposes. The Company will give prompt written notice to the Trustee of any such designation or rescission and of any change in the location of any such other office or agency.

  • Term of Appointment 2.1 The Appointment shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue, subject to the remaining terms of this agreement, until terminated by either party giving the other not less than three months’ prior notice in writing.
