Common use of Term of MOU Clause in Contracts

Term of MOU. This MOU shall be in full force and in effect when signed by all Parties following their respective required authorization processes. The initial term of this MOU shall expire on December 31, 2031 unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section II.E, below. Prior to expiration of this MOU, all Parties agree to meet to evaluate the need for continuing participation. If all Parties agree that continuing participation is desirable, they shall negotiate for their respective Boards’ approval, a written extension of the term of this MOU, and any applicable additional MOU Schedules.
