Term of MOU. This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties to this MOU and shall remain active indefinitely unless critical situation or a need arises. Changes to this MOU can be made only on the mutual agreement of both parties mentioned above and it can only be an addendum to this MOU.
Term of MOU. This MOU shall commence upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties to this MOU and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated.

This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties to this MOU and the governing bodies of the parties and shall remain in full force and effect for not longer than June 30, 2022 This MOU may be terminated, without cause, by either party upon 60 days written notice, which notice shall be delivered by hand or by certified mail to the address listed above.
Term of MOU a. The term of this MOU shall be from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions in C.1.b. below.
Term of MOU. Service Provider will provide these services as an independent contractor for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.

If all Parties agree that continuing participation is desirable, they shall negotiate for their respective Boards’ approval, a written extension of the term of this MOU, and any applicable additional MOU Schedules.
