Term of Master Agreement. (a) The first sentence of Section 10.1 shall be amended by deleting the phrase “terminated by either Party upon (thirty) 30 days prior written notice” and in its place the phrase “the day following the last day of the Term or Delivery Period set forth in a Transaction, unless terminated sooner pursuant to the express provisions of this Agreement or as a result of an Event of Default".
