Term of Master Agreement. Section 10.1 is replaced in its entirety, as follows:
Term of Master Agreement. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of this Confirmation Agreement, the “Term” of this Confirmation Agreement shall be from the date first written above until payment for the last delivery of Product hereunder; provided, however, that such termination shall not affect or excuse the performance of either Party under any provision of this Confirmation Agreement that by its terms survives any such termination.”
Term of Master Agreement. 4.1 This Master Agreement is effective upon the date of its execution by Sheriff or his designee as authorized by the Board. This Master Agreement will expire on unless sooner extended or terminated, in whole or in part, as provided herein.
Term of Master Agreement. 4.1 The term of this Master Agreement will commence on April 3, 2023, or upon execution of the Sheriff or his designee as authorized by the Board, whichever is later, and will terminate on April 2, 2028, unless sooner extended or terminated, in whole or in part, as provided in this Master Agreement.
Term of Master Agreement. This Master Agreement shall take effect on the [*insert date*] and shall remain in effect until [*insert date*], with an option in favour of the County to extend the term for an additional period of up to [*insert # of years*] years, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Master Agreement or otherwise by operation of law.
Term of Master Agreement. 4.1 This Master Agreement is effective upon the date of its execution by the Director of the Health Agency, or designee, as authorized by the Board of Supervisors. This Master Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2022, unless sooner extended or terminated, in whole or in part, as provided herein.
Term of Master Agreement. The Contractor agrees that such extensions of time shall not change any other term or condition of this Master Agreement during the period of such extensions. To implement an extension of time, an Amendment to the Master Agreement shall be prepared and executed by the Contractor and by the Director of the Department or his/her authorized designee.
Term of Master Agreement. (a) The first sentence of Section 10.1 shall be amended by deleting the phrase “terminated by either Party upon (thirty) 30 days prior written notice” and in its place the phrase “the day following the last day of the Term or Delivery Period set forth in a Transaction, unless terminated sooner pursuant to the express provisions of this Agreement or as a result of an Event of Default".
Term of Master Agreement. 4.1 This Master Agreement will be effective upon execution and shall continue through February 28, 2023 unless sooner extended or terminated, in whole or in part, as provided herein.
Term of Master Agreement. This Master Agreement shall become effective on the date hereof and shall remain in effect for so long as any of the Goods and Services Agreements remains in effect.
