Common use of Term of Grant Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Grant Agreement. The term of this Grant Agreement begins on <insert the day after final award date> and ends three (3) years following the final payment unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Grant Agreement. However, all work shall be completed by <insert the last project completion date based on schedule>, in accordance with the Schedule as set forth in Exhibit C and no funds may be requested after <insert date 3 months after the last project work is scheduled to be completed>.
