Common use of Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10, 2009 and ending on December 31, 2011 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 and on each December 31st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10May 1, 2009 2005 and ending on December 31, 2011 2007 (the “"Employment Term”") on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2007 and on each December 31st 31 thereafter (each an “"Extension Date”"), the Employment Term shall automatically be automatically extended for an additional one-one year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10January 1, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on December 31, 2011 2009 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2009 and on each December 31st 31 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10, 2009 the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2011 the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “"Employment Term”") on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 the third anniversary of the Effective Date and on each December 31st thereafter anniversary thereof (each an “"Extension Date”"), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall continue to be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10September 26, 2009 and ending on December 31September 26, 2011 2010 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31September 26, 2011 2010 and on each December 31st September 26 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 120 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10, 2009 the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2011 the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 the third anniversary of the Effective Date and on each December 31st annual anniversary thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term automatically shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall continue to be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10January 1, 2009 2004 and ending on December 31, 2011 2006 (the “"Employment Term”") on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2006 and on each December 31st thereafter anniversary thereof (each an “"Extension Date”"), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company and certain of its affiliates for a period commencing on August 10, 2009 the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31April 2, 2011 2012 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31April 2, 2011 2012 and on each December 31st April 2nd thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days prior written notice Notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall continue to be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10, 2009 the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31September 26, 2011 2009 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31September 26, 2011 2009 and on each December 31st September 26 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 120 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10January 1, 2009 2008 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on December 31, 2011 2009 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2009 and on each December 31st 31 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall continue to be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10October 21, 2009 2011 and ending on December 31October 21, 2011 2012 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31October 21, 2011 2012 and on each December 31st October 21 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 120 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10or about July 11, 2009 2011 and ending on December July 31, 2011 2014 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December . On July 31, 2011 2014 and on each December July 31st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10a date selected by the Executive which shall be no later than March 31, 2009 2005 and ending on December 31, 2011 2009 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement); provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2009 and on each December 31st 31 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-one year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto at least 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extendedextended (“Notice of Nonrenewal”).

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10January 2, 2009 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December January 31, 2011 2015 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December . On January 31, 2011 2015 and on each December January 31st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10October 27, 2009 2011 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December October 31, 2011 2014 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December . On October 31, 2011 2014 and on each December October 31st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement8, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10January 1, 2009 2005 (“Start Date”) and ending on December 31, 2011 2006 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. However, howevercommencing on January 1, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2007 and on each December 31st January 1 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto not less than 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the Employment Term and this Agreement shall terminate without action of either party on Executive’s sixty fifth (65th) birthday.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement8, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10March 1, 2009 2002 ("Start Date") and ending on December 31March 1, 2011 2004 (the “"Employment Term”") on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. However, howevercommencing on March 1, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2004 and on each December 31st March 1 thereafter (each an “"Extension Date”"), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto not less than 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall continue to be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10June 1, 2009 2011 and ending on December 31June 1, 2011 2012 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31June 1, 2011 2012 and on each December 31st June 1st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 120 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10November 28, 2009 2011 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December 31November 30, 2011 2014 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. On November 30, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2014 and on each December 31st November 30th thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement8, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10June 1, 2009 2002 ("Start Date") and ending on December 31June 1, 2011 2004 (the “"Employment Term”") on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. However, howevercommencing on June 1, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2004 and on each December 31st June 1 thereafter (each an “"Extension Date”"), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto not less than 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10April 19, 2009 2007 and ending on December 31April 19, 2011 2009 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31April 19, 2011 2009 and on each December 31st April 19 thereafter (each each, an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days days’ prior written notice (a “Non-Renewal Notice”) before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall continue to be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10, 2009 the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31September 26, 2011 2009 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31September 26, 2011 2009 and on each December 31st September 26 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 120 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10February 6, 2009 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December 31February 28, 2011 2015 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. On February 28, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2015 and on each December 31st February 28th thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10April 2, 2009 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December 31April 30, 2011 2015 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. On April 30, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2015 and on each December 31st April 30th thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 9 of this Agreement, the Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10November 1, 2009 2011 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on December October 31, 2011 2016 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31November 1, 2011 2016 and on each December 31st November 1 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or the Executive provides the other party hereto 60 180 days prior written notice before the next such Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement8, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10June 1, 2009 2002 ("Start Date") and ending on December 31June 1, 2011 2005 (the “"Employment Term”") on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. However, howevercommencing on June 1, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2005 and on each December 31st June 1 thereafter (each an “"Extension Date”"), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto not less than 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 1011, 2009 and ending on December 31, 2011 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 and on each December 31st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 1015, 2009 2011 and ending on December August 31, 2011 2014 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December . On August 31, 2011 2014 and on each December August 31st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 7 of this Agreement, Executive shall continued to be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10December 16, 2009 2011 and ending on December 3116, 2011 2012 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 3116, 2011 2012 and on each December 31st 16 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 120 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10February, 2009 13, 2012(the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December 31February 28, 2011 2015 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided. On February 28, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 2015 and on each December 31st February 28th thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10May 1, 2009 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December May 31, 2011 2015 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December . Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 9 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10, 2009 the Effective Date and ending on December 31August 13, 2011 2008 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31August 14, 2011 2008 and on each December 31st anniversary thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 90 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.

Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement, Executive shall be employed by the Company for a period commencing on August 10September 16, 2009 2008 (the “Commencement Date”) and ending on December 31, 2011 (the “Employment Term”) on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, however, that commencing with December 31, 2011 and on each December 31st thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Employment Term shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto 60 days prior written notice before the next Extension Date that the Employment Term shall not be so extended.
