Common use of Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on June 15, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on the third anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives written notice of non-extension to the other no later than 60 days prior to the expiration of the then applicable Term.

Term of Employment. Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on June 15August 24, 2007 2009 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on the third anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives written notice of non-extension to the other no later than 60 days prior to the expiration of the then applicable Term.

Term of Employment. Term of Employment. The initial term of employment hereunder shall be a period of three years commencing on March 25, 1998 and ending on March 25, 2001. The term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be extended automatically for one additional year on each anniversary of the period beginning on June 15, 2007 (date of the “Effective Date”) and ending on commencement of the third anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The initial term of employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party Company or Executive gives contrary written notice of non-extension to the other no later not less than 60 180 days prior before any such anniversary date. References in this Agreement to "Term of Employment" shall refer to the expiration initial term of employment and any extensions to the then applicable Terminitial term of employment.

Term of Employment. Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on June 15January 1, 2007 2012 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on the third second anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives written notice of non-extension to the other no later than 60 90 days prior to the expiration of the then applicable Term.

Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for the one year period beginning on June 15, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) and ending commencing on the third anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods Effective Date (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives the Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein; provided that such Term will be extended upon the same terms and conditions contained herein and any additional terms and conditions upon expiration of the Term as mutually agreed by both parties (an “Extended Term”) unless a written notice of non-extension to the other no later than 60 nonrenewal is given by either party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the then applicable Term or the Extended Term, as the case may be.

The employment term hereunder Initial Term shall automatically be extended for successive one-one (1) year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively together with the Initial Term, the “Term”) ), unless either party hereto gives written notice of the non-extension of the Term to the other party no later than 60 ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then applicable Term.

Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on June 15May 3, 2007 2010 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on the third anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives written notice of non-extension to the other no later than 60 90 days prior to the expiration of the then applicable Term.

Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under of Employee by the Company shall be from the date of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) through April 30, 2003, unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Agreement. This Agreement shall be renew automatically for the a period beginning of one year on June 15April 30, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) 2003, and ending on the third each subsequent anniversary date thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives written notice of non-extension subject to the other no later than 60 days prior to the expiration of the then applicable Termtermination provisions hereof.

Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for the a three (3) year period beginning on June 15, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) and ending commencing on the third anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods Effective Date (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives the Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein; provided that such Term will be extended upon the same terms and conditions contained herein and any additional terms and conditions upon expiration of the Term as mutually agreed by both parties (an “Extended Term”) unless a written notice of non-extension to the other no later than 60 nonrenewal is given by either party at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of the then applicable Term or the Extended Term, as the case may be.

Term of Employment. Term of Employment. Term of Employment. The initial term of your employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall, except as provided in Section 4.1 hereof, continue through December 31, 2004 (the “Initial Term”) ). Thereafter, the term of this Agreement shall be for the period beginning on June 15, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on the third anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive oneand additional two-year periods (“Extension Terms” andperiods, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives shall provide a written notice of non-extension termination to the other no later than 60 at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration end of the then applicable TermInitial Term or any extended term. The term of this Agreement is subject to early termination in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 3 hereof.
