Common use of Term of Employment; Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Employment; Termination. (a) The ‘‘Term of Employment” shall commence on June 1, 2020 or such other date mutually agreed in writing between the Executive and the Chairman of the Board (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company pursuant to Section 3(b) or by the Executive pursuant to Section 3(c).
